Businesses, Organizations and Individuals

The Summer Concert Series is made possible by the generous support of organizations, businesses and individuals who have returned year after year to be a part of our program. Our sponsorship program is set-up on an annual basis. Each spring, as we prepare for our concert program, we renew the sponsorship drive. Although we accept donations all year, in order for your listing to be included in our schedule/brochure, we must have your commitment by April 15th of each year. If we miss this deadline, we can still provide all of the items described in each plan except that your printed listing may be included in the following years program.

All donations are tax deductible. We are a non-profit organization and will provide you with a tax deductible receipt for your sponsorship.

Although you may benefit from your tax deductible donation, we feel that our supporters have benefited mostly from the exposure they receive from the dynamic program we provide. Our guests come from around the state to enjoy the diverse music, as well as the theater’s charm and beauty. Our attendance continues to increase annually. We hope you will become a long standing sponsor of The Lurman Woodland Theatre.

FULL SPONSOR
Donation of $1,000.00

  • Featured Sponsor of a concert selected by you – either by date or performer. ( Concert choices are on a first available basis and must be chosen by May 1)
  • Exclusive narrative segment given twice during Featured Sponsor concert with descriptive information about your organization.
    Please provide specific details on the sponsorship form.
  • One 36″(w) x 24″ (h) sign displayed during the season at every concert with your information. Sign will be displayed at the front of the stage during your Featured Sponsor concert.
  • Full sponsor recognition ad in our concert program/schedule, which is distributed to all concert guests throughout the season.
    Information must be received by April 1 to be included in the program.
  • Ad on the Lurman website (430px X 80px) with a link to your website OR your e-mail address listed on our web page of sponsors. Ad or e-mail address will be displayed online from May of this year through April of next year.


SPONSOR 
Donation of $500.00

  • Featured Sponsor listing of a concert shared with other sponsors.
  • A narrative segment given twice during your Featured Sponsor concert with descriptive information about your organization.
    Please provide us with a short written statement to use.
  • One 36”(w) X 24”(h) displayed during the season at every concert with your information. Sign will be displayed at the front of the stage during your shared Featured Sponsor concert.
  • Sponsor recognition ad in our concert program which is distributed to all concert guests throughout the season. Information must be received no later than April 1 to be included in the program.
  • Ad on the Lurman website (430px X 60px) with a link to your website OR your e-mail address listed on our web page of sponsors. Ad or e-mail address will be displayed online from May of this year through April of next year.


MEMBER
Donation of $100.00

  • Member recognition listing in our concert program which is distributed to all concert guests throughout the season.  Information must be received no later than April 1 to be included in the program.
  • Ad on the Lurman website (160px X 60px) with a link to your website OR your e-mail address listed on our web page of sponsors. Ad or e-mail address will be displayed online from May of this year through April of next year.


FRIEND
Donation of $50.00

  • Friend listing in our concert program which is distributed to all concert guests throughout the season.
  • Friend listing (35 characters) on our web page of sponsors.
    Listing will be displayed online from May of this year through April of next year.


SUPPORTER
Under $50 or in-kind service

  • Benefits of Full Sponsor, Sponsor, Member, or Friend level based upon the determined value, subject to review and approval by the Lurman Woodland Theater board, of the in-kind service.
  • Other recognition as determined at the time of sponsorship agreement.
